Die vier Rebsorten werden unterschiedlich vinifiziert: Der Malbec mit Kaltmazeration vor der Grung, die anderen drei traditionell. The best canned oysters I've had yet! Theses oysters taste very fresh and clean, no crunchy bits like the cheaper ones. They're perfectly soft and melt in your mouth. I like eating them straight out the can but I also like mixing them with mayo, some of the olive oil from the can, some crushed pepper and eating them on baguette slices. These are so good my brother has started stealing them from me. I'm gonna have to start hiding them.
