This is an interesting piece as it has a typical late war strap which is made in two pieces to use less leather. It is also not dated and only the bottle is marked GNL so it is probably a late 44 or early 45 production. This watch is a complete disappointment. Right out from the box, I adjusted the time per the instruction manual. After finshing adjusting the watch, I pushed the crown in (two clicks). The second hand started movement after almost 10 seconds. From then on, the second hand was stopping and going by itself. Within less than anhour, the watch was behind almost 25 seconds. It is a piece of junk. I would not advise anyone to buy this watch.
