It is in OK condition, A few of the corners that hold the photos back are torn or damaged, but most of the book is usable. There is some wear around the spine inside and out. It also has wear around the edges and a few indents on the cover. It measures about 8" by 5".

Simple, easy, and strong

Kind of on the smaller side but for the price it’s just fine. Easy to install with just a screw driver if you can miss a stud, else you’ll need a drill. Strong enough to hold what a normal person would put on a shelf that size. No worries and it looks great
