Two Large Navy Nurse Photos 1944Two original WWII larger size photos of Navy Nurses (NNC). Both are marked official photograph on the back. Dinner honoring Lt. Tracy given by Navy Nurses. Dated 14 Sept 1944. AS IS. The photos were not stored well and have issues (possible water damage?). They are bent and curling on the bottom I didn't try to flatten them for fear of tearing them. One photo has rust colored spots.

These have to rate as equal to any shoes I've ever owned. I know everyone's foot is shaped differently but when I slipped my feet into these I was immediately sure I had made the correct choice. Sizing is true. You note, I'm sure, that these are slip-on shoes. My experience with slip-ons has been mixed as sometimes the heel tends to slip due to the maker leaving room for the slip-on function to take place. When I got these I discovered that the opening for my feet was so tight I needed to shoe-horn them in and it wasn't particularly easy. The heel counter was "high and tight" but once I got my feet in the shoes it was heaven. Then, after a couple of days wearing them I can now slip my feet into these slip-ons with ease and the shoes grip my feet like a lace-up shoe can do. I have one other pair of Cole Haans in the same size 12. They are also a wonderful fit for me. I highly recommend.
