This interior helps reduce the unwanted noise commonly found in stabilizers by helping lower the amount of rattle. Please note that spacers shims are not included with this latest version. It is highly recommended to use it after lubing: Do not use Permatex, we highly recommend using Krytox 205g0 Apply lubricant evenly

I saw another review commenting on the difficulty lining up the nails for the back. Wish I would have read it before the assembly as the nails popped through the front side and I had to knock them back and repaint the spots. The directions don't state which size drill bit to use for the wall anchors, but 5/16" worked well. Overall, not great but not terrible either.
